Luminalt has regularly shown a commitment to workforce development and local hiring – CEO Jeanine Cotter advocated heavily for a workforce development component to the GoSolarSF program, whereby installers that hire graduates of local training programs can pass on a higher incentive to their clients. Luminalt was the first San Francisco-based installer to become Workforce Development Certified.
