Sales Coordinator – Solar & Battery Energy Storage Systems
$22 – $26 per hour to start, depending on experience

The Sales Coordinator is a critical member of the sales team and is responsible for the initial conversation with incoming clients and preparing the sales team for consultations.

There are three essential functions of the position, with other tasks and responsibilities assigned as needed.
Lead Intake and Processing
- Manage lead intake from initial inquiry through sales consultation
- Respond to phone, Luminalt’s request a quote webpage and other inquiries
- Build rapport by answering and asking relevant questions about solar and storage
- Using Luminalt’s project criteria, determine if we’ll provide them with a proposal for a system.
- Gather information for the solar or storage assessment enter it in Salesforce, Aurora or other programs
- Manage calendars and scheduling tools so potential clients are able to schedule consultations
- Maintain the sales intake process to ensure it reflects current practices
Marketing and Market Analysis
- Maintain, organize and update digital marketing materials for sales
- Maintain, organize and update photos of our colleagues working and our projects
- Review permit data for what solar battery energy storage systems are being installed and by whom
General Administrative Support
- Route company emails to the appropriate person, responding where appropriate
- Maintain, organize and update photos of our colleagues working and our projects
- Provide backup for the office manager when they’re out of office.
Required:
- Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, sheets and templates) or similar programs
- Follow written & verbal instructions
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Compute rate, ratio and percentages.
- Professional, courteous and kind on the phone and in other medium
- Responsive to clients and colleagues

- Education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
Desired:
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM.
