On April 10, 2026, Maxeon filed a 6-K with the US Securities and Exchange Commission that has been put under the control of an interim judicial manager in Singapore.
The interim judicial manager’s job is to stabilize and preserve assets for a company in financial distress.
We do not have information on the impact this will have on Maxeon’s warranty for SunPower solar panels.
